XENTISSIMO comes with a rechargeable high-energy Lithium-Ion battery. Power adapters are available for indoor and in-vehicle charging.

All about powering your terminal

Li-Ion Battery 

The Li-Ion battery provides 30% longer life than comparable NiMH rechargeable batteries, for 30% less weight. The battery can be charged using the power adapter. 

Li-Ion batteries should be charged early and often, so a re-charge can happen at any time and not when the battery is fully discharged. A full re-charge from empty takes some 2½ hours. A battery gauge shows the status.

The terminal's power management system has been thoroughly tested and supports an average of

  • 300 transactions a day, with ticket*
  • 50 transactions a day over a 4-day period*

Adapters 

For indoors use, the terminal comes with either a small wall-mount adapter (220 - 240V AC, 50 Hz) with Euro plug or with a universal tabletop adapter (100 - 240V AC, 50 - 60 Hz) in combination with country-specific adapter cables.

Vehicle power cables are available as well, with either direct wiring or with cigarette-lighter plug, to cater to all mobile users. A car adapter with cigarette lighter plug is available to charge the XENTISSIMO directly (without the optional cradle).
