Some history

Banksys had been founded in 1989 through the merger of the two Belgian payment networks. In December 2006, Atos Origin completed the acquisition of Banksys and Bank Card Company (BCC) through its subsidiary, Atos Worldline. This acquisition created a European leader in payment services, with over 4.000 employees.

Today, the Banksys brand continues to stand for reliability and security in the fields of payment terminals and hardware security modules.
